07 February 2008

London, 7th February 2008 - TradeDoubler, the Pan-European digital marketing company, today announces the appointment of Caroline Taylor to Group Marketing Director. The appointment follows the acquisition last year of The IMW Group where Caroline previously held the role of Marketing Director. In her new role, Caroline will be responsible for building The Search Works and TradeDoubler brands including newly formed division, TD Technology.

Caroline Taylor says: "Digital marketing is an exciting industry to be in right now and the TradeDoubler Group is right at the heart of it. The service we deliver is constantly evolving and being shaped by the way consumers are interacting with brands. It is our appreciation of, and insight into, customer buying behaviour that makes us the right choice for businesses looking to better engage with consumers. It is my mission to leverage this advantage and strengthen our leadership position throughout 2008."

Caroline will be responsible for realising the TradeDoubler vision to be recognised for its full portfolio of complementary products and services. She will lead a 10 person strong global marketing team to assert TradeDoubler's position as an integrated digital marketing company and will be tasked with aligning all 19 in-country teams and departments to ensure that TradeDoubler has one global voice.

Under Caroline's direction The Search Works brand will remain independent across the UK and Europe. She will be responsible for communicating the additional breadth The Search Works brings to the TradeDoubler marketing platform, whilst ensuring the heritage and reputation of the brand is used to its full potential.

Historically Caroline's career has focused on using consumer behaviour patterns to build brand recognition. Prior to joining The IMW Group in 2003, she worked as a marketing and brand consultant to companies including: Habitat, Motorola, ICL, Air Miles, Swatch and Philips. Most recently she worked as a marketing consultant to NatWest during the launch of their online knowledge share system, IQPort.

Will Cooper, CEO, TradeDoubler, says: "I'm delighted to welcome Caroline to the TradeDoubler management team. As a digital marketing company we understand better than anyone the importance of the marketing function, that's why we're making heavy investments in 2008. This includes strengthening the team from the top down and giving marketing its due place within the Group."
