Corporate Governance

TradeDoubler is a public limited liability company domiciled in Stockholm, Sweden. TradeDoubler's share has been listed on the Nasdaq OMX Exchange in Stockholm since 8 November 2005. TradeDoubler has applied the Swedish Code of Corporate Governance since the company was listed.

TradeDoubler's corporate governance aims to create the conditions for owners to exercise an active and responsible ownership role, to safeguard the opportunity for owners to assert their interests in relation to the company's management body, to clarify the division of roles and responsibilities between the management and control bodies, and to ensure transparency in relation to owners and the capital market.
